    The Interim Authority will be publishing an update twice a month. Please print it out and pass it on to others who don't have internet access.
  • Community Living Transition Steering Committee
    On April 1, 2003 , a new Provincial Authority will assume responsibility from the Ministry of Children & Family Development (MCFD) for the delivery of services to people with developmental disabilities in British Columbia , including services for adults and many children and youth with special needs. The Minister of Children & Family Development appointed the 25-member Community Living Transition Steering Committee (CLTSC) in April of 2002. The CLTSC is responsible for recommending to the Minister, by September 30, 2002 , a transition plan for the transfer of authority & responsibility to the new governance structure.
